Fix Safari login: Connection:close + SameSite=None (Grok analysis)

Safari блокирует fetch после POST с Set-Cookie из-за keep-alive/HTTP2.
- Login/Register: Connection: close, Cache-Control: no-store
- Cookie: SameSite=None (кросс-поддомен buhapp → api.buhapp)
